Condition × time-point study design, sample scheduling, and trend charts — shelf life, evidenced.
Shelf life is a claim you have to prove. Establishing it means pulling samples at defined time points across defined storage conditions, testing them, and demonstrating that the product stays within spec over time. It is methodical, long-running work — and when the schedule lives in a spreadsheet, pulls get missed, data gets scattered, and the trend that supports the claim is assembled by hand.
A missed stability pull can invalidate a study or delay a launch by months, because the time point cannot be recovered. And when the results live apart from the samples that produced them, the evidentiary chain that a shelf-life claim rests on is weak.
A stability module that provisions the samples, schedules the pulls, reads results back, and plots the trends turns shelf-life determination into a controlled, evidenced process.
Athena's Stability module defines a study as storage conditions × time points × test parameters. Generating the schedule provisions one sample per (condition, time-point) using the platform's own sample-capture mechanism — so every pull is a real, tracked sample, not a spreadsheet row.
Results are read back from those samples automatically, and the module plots them as trend charts — value versus time, one line per condition — so the stability picture is always current and evidenced by the underlying sample records.
Because it reuses the Samples engine, stability data shares the same lab lifecycle, review, and audit trail as every other test the lab runs — no separate stability system to reconcile.
Stability studies provision and read back Samples, plot trends with the platform's charting, and contribute stability evidence to the Tech-Transfer Package and Regulatory dossiers.
Every module is configured to your process — your terminology, your workflows, your approval chains. Login to explore how Athena works for your organization.
